EURAM 2015 - Call for reviewers & volunteers
Dear EURAM member or friend,

EURAM and its Strategic Interest Groups (SIGs) are recruiting reviewers and volunteers for the 15th Annual Meeting that will be held in Warsaw in June 2015. If you plan to submit your work for review, EURAM urges you to sign up as a volunteer reviewer for the SIGs that you submit to and/or whose domain in which you are knowledgeable.

Thanks for signing up as EURAM reviewer. Your contribution to the quality of the conference is of great value. Please, answer the following questions in order to register your expertise profile. This information will be used by Track chairs to allocate papers to the most appropriate reviewers according to their expertise. Your answers will be exclusively used for this purpose and it will not be shared with any other party or organisation.

Thanks again for your valuable collaboration. We look forward to work with you and to welcome you in Warsaw (Poland) in June 2015.

What is the maximum number of papers per SIG that you think that EURAM should establish for reviewers?
This year, the limit has been established in 3 papers per SIG, but we would like to know your opinion about this to improve the process in the following years.
Would you like to serve as Session Chair (competitive papers) during the conference?
Responsibilities of Session Chairs in competitive sessions include time management, introduction of authors and discussants; moderating the Q&A part and coordinating with the EURAM local organising committee when there are any issues or emergencies.
Would you like to serve as Session Chair (development paper sessions) during the conference?
Session Chairs in Development Paper sessions are required to read the papers in advance and to provide constructive and developmental comments to the authors, by identifying strengths and weaknesses of each paper and by moderating the discussion to generate feedback.
Would you like to serve as Discussant (competitive sessions) during the conference?
Discussants are only present in competitive sessions. They are expected to read the papers presented in the session in advance and to map out converging and diverging threads among them, in order to frame and develop a conversation. You can identify shared topics, linked ideas/findings as well as contradictory ideas/results, and key themes and points, all in all to stimulate meaningful and constructive debate during the session.
Would you like to announce your interest to serve as Mentor of doctoral students in EURAM Doctoral Colloquium?
The EURAM Doctoral Colloquium will be held in Reykjavik on the 18-19 June 2018, just ahead of the main conference. Mentors are expected to provide guidance and assistance to the doctoral students during the two days of the Doctoral Colloquium. Note that this is only a declaration of interest. Eventual invitation to serve as Mentor will be sent separately.
